Growing is irritating.  Change is irritating. 

However ultimately, nothing is as irritating as remaining stuck someplace you don't belong.

You’re not the same individual you were 12 months ago,
a month ago, or even last week.  You’re forever growing. 

Experiences don’t quit coming.  That’s the way it is. 

It takes a good deal of bravery to admit that something has
to change, and much more bravery still, to take on the
responsibility for making the change happen. 

However doing so is worth every bit of effort you are able to summon.
